The San Blas Islands

This is what paradise looks like!  A tiny island in the Caribbean where you are pretty much all to yourself.  There is no WiFi, no television, no phone service, very little electricity, little running water, no flush toilets even; but all of that only adds to the relaxation when you hear nothing but the rush of the sea lul you to sleep in your thatched cabin with sand as the floor.  The beach is there, the sea is there and that is all you need to be right with the world.  The Guna-Yala tribe control the San Blas archipelago and the tourist trade helps sustain their economy.  I was glad to stay at Franklin island, relax and gain an appreciation for their culture while I was at it.
