Central America is usually associated with corruption and third world living conditions in addition to its tropical climate and culture.  Panama City is an exception.  Ripped from Columbia in a revolution of convenience to build a monumental canal which bridging two oceans, the tiny country hosts a world city that is a center of business and commerce thanks to its heavy international trade traffic.
